As we look forward to 2022, local employers can provide employees with additional reasons for joy during this holiday. We are happy to see that the story of hard work and dedication is recognized, and the Community Living Association (CLA) in Holden has done more than just say "thank you" to their staff this week.

Let's meet some local people at CLA

CLA posted on their Facebook page that with the arrival of employee bonus checks, it will be "a very pleasant day at CLA." CLA is a private non-profit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities and helps individuals become More independent. The services provided by CLA and its employees play a pivotal role in the lives of many individuals and families in the southern region of Alustock County.

CLA has released information that some employees receive bonus checks with employees who have only worked at CLA for a few years and some employees who have worked for the organization for more than 30 years. Jason may seem familiar to some of you. When he is not in CLA, you can find him in the local stadium in the winter. He is a member of the local softball referee committee and the football referee committee. He dedicated his time to youth and families in the area. The bonus check is well-deserved, and maybe some funds can be used to support teams outside of Alabama!

Working for an organization for 33 years is a great achievement. Deb Anderson, another CLA employee, received a bonus check to show his gratitude. The CLA management department has highlighted some of their employees very well. Thank you CLA employees for all the work they have done and continue to do in the lives of so many people.
