Her love for jewelry is no secret, whether it is a personalized necklace, her favorite diamond drop earrings or a borrowed royal heirloom.

Therefore, it is not surprising that someone sees the Duchess of Cambridge’s mother doing Christmas shopping at Cassandra Goad, the royal family's favorite jeweler on London's exclusive Sloane Street.

Carol Middleton, 66, spent some time on Friday checking some of the designer's necklaces, which range in price from £100 to over £33,000.

The Duchess has long been a fan of this British luxury jeweler, known for her innovative designs, and is often spotted wearing some jewelry at important royal events.

Mrs. Middleton also prepared some gifts for her grandchildren to "laugh" with some novel Nordic midgets this Christmas.

She shared a decorative picture of her business party accessories on her Instagram account, and she wrote: “In December of this year, I will need more of these brazen guys to hide around the house and make my grandchildren laugh.

"Although I like immaculate decorations, we can't take it too seriously at Christmas."
